PMO / Project Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive PMO / Project Administrator to manage change requests, budgets and stakeholder coordination for our Innovation Group in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage small change requests (CRs) and associated budgets for ring‑fenced Innovation Group resources.
• Act as the single point of contact for business needs, coordinating technical delivery teams for change implementation.
• Capture and formalise business requirements, upload them to the eRequest system, and work with system analysts to estimate effort.
• Review cost quotations with business users to prioritise changes and prepare presentations for governance approval.
• Produce update and value‑realisation reports for the Project Steering Committee.
• Support departmental administration, including onboarding/off‑boarding, coordinating key meetings, preparing decks, dashboards and training arrangements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering or Data Science.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a financial institution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, energetic, organised and analytical.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and excellent tracking capabilities.
• Previous experience in system analysis and PMO functions is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Excel Macros.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle and JIRA for issue tracking.
• Good data analysis abilities.
