Polymer Technician – Manufacturing

About the role

Build your career in polymer and advanced manufacturing! As a Polymer Technician you will support production, testing, troubleshooting and technical assistance for polymer‑based materials and processes, ensuring quality, efficiency and smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor polymer processing equipment.
• Conduct material testing, inspection and quality checks.
• Support polymer mixing, compounding, molding or related production processes.
• Troubleshoot production and equipment‑related issues.
• Monitor process parameters and maintain production standards.
• Prepare technical reports and production records.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production and Quality teams.
• Follow safety, quality and manufacturing procedures.

Required profile

• Relevant technical qualification in Polymer, Chemical, Materials, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in polymer, plastics, rubber, chemical or manufacturing environments (advantageous).
• Hands‑on technical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production setting.
• Team player with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
