Premier Wealth Relationship Officer

About the role

The Premier Wealth Relationship Officer supports the Premier segment by handling operational matters and assisting Premier Relationship Managers. This role ensures smooth loan financing processes and provides administrative support to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Premier‑related operational tasks for the Premier segment.
• Coordinate loan financing cases, including drawdowns, monitoring, and renewals.
• Provide administrative support for the segment.
• Initiate cross‑referrals to Relationship Managers for portfolio reviews.
• Perform any additional tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• Recognized diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in a sales and service support environment.
• Self‑driven, highly motivated, meticulous, and detail‑oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Avaloq (training considered a plus)
