SAP Finance Manager / Senior Manager (FI/CO) – Singapore

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Manager / Senior Manager to lead FI/CO functional design and delivery for S/4HANA transformation projects across APAC. The role combines solution architecture, client advisory, and pre‑sales support for large industrial corporations.

Key responsibilities

• Own SAP Finance (FI/CO) business process design and functional solution architecture in S/4HANA projects.
• Lead workshops and advisory sessions to assess requirements and define finance transformation road‑maps.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery across the Asia‑Pacific region, ensuring scope, timeline and quality compliance.
• Support pre‑sales activities: solution positioning, proposal creation, client presentations and SAP Finance demonstrations.
• Provide strategic guidance on SAP Finance best practices and help clients optimise financial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in SAP FI/CO, with deep knowledge of end‑to‑end finance processes and integration with MM, SD, CO.
• Proven track record on SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations or transformations.
• Experience in pre‑sales solution design and client workshops.
• Strong stakeholder management and excellent English communication skills.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is a plus.
