Presales Consultant, Digital One Commercial (D1C)

About the role

FIS is hiring a Presales Consultant for its Digital One Commercial (D1C) offering in Singapore. You will support sales engagements with banks and financial institutions that want to modernise their commercial digital banking and cash management, working closely with Sales, Product and Solution teams to understand client needs and position D1C effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams throughout the presales cycle for Digital One Commercial opportunities
• Engage banks to understand their commercial banking, cash management and payments requirements
• Present and position Digital One Commercial as a solution for business online and mobile banking, cash management and treasury services, and payments initiation, approvals and reporting
• Support RFIs/RFPs and client presentations, tailoring messaging to business and operational stakeholders
• Act as a bridge between clients, sales and product teams by feeding back market and customer insights
• Provide market, industry and competitive insights and monitor trends, dynamics and competitor offerings in commercial digital banking, cash management and payments
• Develop presales enablement and training materials, and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and training sessions

Required profile

• Experience in presales, solution consulting or client-facing advisory roles within banking or financial services
• Strong understanding of commercial banking or cash management workflows
• Ability to communicate complex solutions in clear, business-focused language
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders across sales, product and client teams
