Preschool Psychologist – Full-time (Punggol)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Preschool Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Punggol. The role involves providing comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions for young children, supporting their developmental, emotional, and social needs within early childhood settings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Pre‑Admission Screening (PAS) and develop Individualised Education Plans (IEPs) with measurable goals.
• Monitor developmental progress through ongoing assessments and advise on intervention planning and educational placement.
• Administer and interpret formal School Readiness Assessments (SRA) and Comprehensive Needs Assessments (CNA) for placement and deferment applications.
• Design and deliver evidence‑based interventions targeting emotional regulation, behaviour management, and social communication.
• Provide consultation, coaching, and professional development to caregivers, educators, and allied health professionals.
• Collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, family‑centred services.
• Participate in programme evaluation, quality improvement, and research initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Educational Psychology.
• Member of the National Psychological Society or a registered psychologist.
• Relevant clinical experience working with children.
• Knowledge of learning, emotional, and social development, as well as classroom management.
