Principal Strategy Program Manager - High HBM PSE

About the role

Micron is hiring a Principal Strategy Program Manager for its High HBM Product & Systems Engineering (PSE) team. The role drives strategic initiatives that enable high-quality, scalable engineering execution aligned with the product roadmap, giving PSE the strategic clarity, domain enablement and execution frameworks it needs. It also owns and drives the AI strategy within PSE, aligning engineering use cases and delivery with the broader TPG AI strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute PSE strategy, aligning organizational growth with the product roadmap and closing capability gaps
• Lead strategic programs that strengthen PSE domain expertise, cross-functional alignment and organizational effectiveness
• Manage the AI roadmap within PSE, ensuring governance and measurable impact across multiple AI initiatives
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and new ways of working, and establish KPIs and success metrics
• Partner with PSE leaders to equip managers with scalable structures, tools and processes, and build executive-ready progress updates and recommendations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in program management, strategy execution or organizational/business operations
• Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional strategy programs at scale
• Ability to operate autonomously and with influence in global, matrixed organizations

Preferred qualifications

• Experience leading organizational or business strategy programs in a technical or engineering organization
• Background in business operations, chief-of-staff functions, strategic planning or large-scale program management
• Exposure to AI, automation or digital transformation programs
• Familiarity with semiconductor, hardware or complex systems product development
• Strong data mindset with KPI definition and tracking experience
