Principal/Senior Engineer – Data Analytics & Technical Operations

About the role

Aumovio is building next‑generation automotive semiconductor solutions and seeks a highly motivated Principal/Senior Engineer to lead data analytics and technical operations across the product lifecycle. The role drives manufacturing intelligence, test analytics, quality screening, platform development and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Own test analytics strategy for Wafer Sort, Burn‑In and Final Test, delivering yield learning, outlier detection and quality monitoring.
• Define and manage the manufacturing analytics platform ecosystem (JMP, Power BI, Databricks, yield tools) including roadmap, governance and user adoption.
• Specify system integration between foundries, OSATs, MES, quality systems and analytics platforms, standardising data flows and workflows.
• Design and operate the end‑to‑end semiconductor data ecosystem, building databases, ETL pipelines, dashboards and automated reporting using Python, SQL, Power BI and VBA.

Required profile

• 5+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Principal) in semiconductor data analytics and architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with STDF, ATDF, MES and semiconductor data ecosystems.
• Strong ownership mindset, able to deliver results in a fast‑growing startup environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across global, multicultural teams.
