Private Wealth Executive Search Consultant – Global South Asia & Middle East

About the role

We are looking for an Executive Search Consultant to join our Private Wealth practice, focusing on talent mapping and candidate engagement across Global South Asia and the Middle East. The role will support private banking, wealth management, family offices and related financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end executive search assignments for Global South Asia, Middle East and international financial services markets.
• Conduct detailed market mapping and competitor intelligence exercises.
• Identify, engage and assess senior professionals in private banking, wealth management, family offices, asset management and financial markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with professionals across the target regions.
• Conduct structured candidate interviews and assessments.
• Produce market intelligence and hiring insights for clients.
• Partner with management and researchers to execute search mandates.
• Maintain accurate records and candidate pipelines and deliver assignments within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Ambitious, commercially minded and resilient.
• Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
• Direct sales, business development, client‑facing or relationship‑management experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage senior professionals and decision‑makers confidently.
• High self‑motivation, accountability and professionalism.

• Independent work style with minimal supervision.
