Process Engineer – 12‑hr Shift – Loyang (Electronics Manufacturing)

About the role

The company seeks a Process Engineer to support its electronics manufacturing operations in Loyang. The role involves improving processes, conducting experiments, and ensuring safe and efficient production on a 12‑hour shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Study and evaluate new methods and materials to enhance process and manufacturing capability.
• Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to identify key process parameters and product characteristics.
• Assist production in establishing machine operation procedures and safety guidelines.
• Implement new processes and monitor their performance.
• Explore opportunities to reduce material usage or source cheaper alternatives.
• Determine root causes for sample rejections related to process issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma with 2–3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently, be creative and handle pressure.
