Process Engineer Intern - Product Supply Management (6 Months)

About the role

P&G is recruiting a 6-month Process Engineer Intern in its Singapore Pioneer Plant, within Product Supply (Supply Chain). The internship gives students real-life business problems to solve, from day one, and offers the chance to become full-time after a successful completion.

Key responsibilities

• Eliminate process variability and losses through data analysis and technical mastery
• Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyse data on critical product and process parameters
• Reduce losses by implementing changes to making or packing processes and work systems
• Use reliability engineering tools to drive centre-line improvement and loss elimination
• Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants
• Work on projects that improve inventory management, lower costs and service quality across supply network, purchasing, manufacturing and other functions

Required profile

• Student working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree, graduating between December 2027 and July 2028
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to business processes
• Ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment
• Leadership qualities described as visionary, strategic and courageous
