Process Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Process Engineer to lead new product introduction, prototyping, qualification and launch of RF filter products. You will work closely with development and process engineering teams to ensure high yield, quality and on‑time delivery of new semiconductor solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage NPI activities including engineering samples, DOE, prototype, EVT, corner and clean launch lots.
• Plan, schedule and conduct Technical Review Board meetings to release new products.
• Collaborate with development and process teams on new technology integration.
• Drive process integration and parametric yield improvement through DOE and margin lots.
• Maintain inline CpK and defectivity targets during prototyping.
• Achieve NPI KPIs for on‑time delivery, product yield, quality and cycle time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Chemical Engineering or related science.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; at least 1 year of experience in NPI, process integration or product engineering in semiconductor/electronics is desirable.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience working in multicultural, multi‑geographic teams.
