Process Engineer (WDA)

About the role

The Process Engineer will provide technical supply support for the commercialization and manufacture of drug products, helping to improve site performance and contribute to the global technical network.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance for site projects and transfer knowledge to integrated process team colleagues.
• Support product, equipment, manufacturing and cleaning processes by investigating deviations, complaints and adverse events to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor process parameters, critical quality attributes, equipment and unit operations during manufacturing and cleaning.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience, preferably in oil & gas or semiconductor industries.
• Strong attention to detail and good verbal and technical writing skills.

Required skills

• Problem‑solving tools such as fishbone analysis, 5 WHY, logic fault tree analysis.
• Troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis capabilities.
• Data analysis using statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
