Process Technician

About the role

No Deviation, a consultancy firm offering engineering, commissioning qualification validation (CQV) and quality, compliance and regulatory services, is hiring a Process Technician in Singapore. The technician supports plant operations by troubleshooting, optimizing processes and monitoring processing parameters, while ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Associates in troubleshooting and resolving plant issues
• Monitor and analyze processing parameters to find optimization opportunities
• Prepare solutions and equipment, and stage components for autoclaving and washing
• Assist in production sample testing and use analytical instruments to improve accuracy
• Take part in safety audits and stay aligned with industry standards
• Follow written procedures, report and fix malfunctions promptly, and evaluate documentation
• Work with internal and external inspectors and apply basic statistical and mathematical skills to data analysis

Required profile

• Diploma in Science or Engineering; NTC/ITC/Diploma in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Bio-processing fields; fresh graduates encouraged
• Proficiency in reading and writing English
• Strong commitment to cGMP and EHS compliance in clean-room operations (prior cGMP experience a plus)
• Knowledge of plant and unit operations such as autoclaves and parts washers, and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work shifts, including 24/7 operations

Required skills

• Familiarity with Emerson DeltaV, LIMS and TrackWise
• Understanding of basic chemistry, biology and physics
• Basic analytical methods knowledge
• Self-motivated team player with good communication skills
