Procurement Administrator (4-Month Contract)

About the role

Ikano Retail owns and operates IKEA stores in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Mexico, and is looking for a Procurement Administrator for a 4-month contract in Singapore. The role supports business functions by reviewing their contracts, identifying operational gaps and deviations, and coordinating with them to ensure completeness and alignment with internal policy requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review all supplier contracts and supporting documentation to assess completeness and compliance.
• Identify and document compliance gaps such as missing appendices, expired contracts, incorrect approvals, missing signatures and incomplete contract records in the system.
• Coordinate with business functions and contract owners to obtain missing documentation, resolve discrepancies and close the identified gaps.
• Monitor contract validity periods and proactively inform contract owners so they can renew or re-source in time.
• Report progress by keeping tracking logs and preparing status updates on contract review activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to review documents with a high degree of accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
