Procurement Executive

About the role

The Procurement Executive will drive end‑to‑end purchasing activities, ensuring that all procurement processes align with company policies and project timelines. This role works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to secure the best value for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Execute procurement operations, including sourcing, vendor management, and order processing from requisition to project close‑out.
• Collaborate with vendors for RFQs, evaluate quotations, and onboard new suppliers that add strategic value.
• Maintain compliance with company process flows, policy guidelines, and cost evaluation standards.
• Utilise SAP MM, SRM, and Knox systems to create purchase orders, track deliveries, and perform month‑end/year‑end closing activities.
• Prepare and submit accurate reports for management visibility and support ad‑hoc requests.
• Identify and resolve procurement issues promptly to minimise project disruptions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of purchasing and order management experience, preferably in the IT industry.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing local and overseas vendors, with a focus on the Asia‑Pacific region considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of quotation and contract terms, with proven negotiation skills.
