About the role
This part‑time position supports the end‑to‑end supply chain function, ensuring smooth coordination of sourcing, inventory, logistics and distribution. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to keep operations efficient and cost‑effective.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily supply chain processes and analyse performance data.
- Coordinate with vendors, internal departments and logistics partners.
- Assist with demand forecasting, inventory planning and procurement activities.
- Track shipments, maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
- Identify and drive process‑improvement initiatives across procurement and logistics.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Procurement or related field.
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics and procurement processes.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheet tools.
- Experience using operational management software.
- Familiarity with procurement systems.
