Senior Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations for a manufacturing environment. The role will drive operational efficiency, optimise inventory, strengthen supplier partnerships and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee procurement, material planning, inventory control, warehousing, logistics and distribution.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, SOPs and continuous‑improvement processes.
• Manage demand forecasting, procurement planning, inventory optimisation and transportation coordination.
• Drive forecast accuracy, minimise excess stock and ensure supply continuity.
• Lead supplier sourcing, qualification, contract negotiation and performance management.
• Oversee warehouse operations, space utilisation, cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, logistics providers and transportation vendors.
• Identify and implement improvement projects to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with operations, production, engineering, finance, QA and management teams.
• Mentor and develop procurement and warehouse teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics or manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
