Procurement Manager – End‑to‑End Procurement & Advisory

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead end‑to‑end procurement activities and provide advisory support to internal stakeholders. You will ensure that all purchasing processes are compliant, efficient and deliver cost‑effective outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide procurement advisory to business units on procedures, requirements and best practices.
• Manage the full procurement cycle, including quotations, tenders and proposal evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, governance standards and audit requirements.
• Develop and improve procurement templates, checklists and tools.
• Support contract drafting, evaluation, award documentation and monitor compliance.
• Assist with the implementation, configuration and user training of e‑procurement systems.
• Generate procurement data reports and monitor system performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on procurement experience.
• Proven ability to manage tenders and quotations independently.
• Strong understanding of procurement governance and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
