Procurement Manager – Full Spectrum Procurement

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our Procurement Team. The role covers the entire procurement lifecycle, from policy advice to contract management, ensuring compliance and driving cost‑saving initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise internal stakeholders on procurement policies, procedures and processes.
• Ensure all activities comply with EM Group Procurement Policy and SOPs.
• Prepare, publish and manage quotation/tender documents.
• Coordinate requirements across Business Units and evaluate bids.
• Summarise bids, prepare approval papers and issue Letters of Acceptance.
• Support periodic reporting and internal process improvement.
• Manage contracts, including issuance of Purchase Orders and renewals.
• Oversee the E‑Portal system and conduct vendor screening and analytical studies.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of sourcing experience, or a Diploma with at least 9 years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with solid business acumen.
• Meticulous, diligent, independent and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent time‑management and a keen interest in strategic change and operational excellence.
