Procurement Manager

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies in partnership with global and regional teams.
• Manage spend and projects to deliver bottom‑line and top‑line results.
• Lead negotiation strategies across the supplier base, securing commercial agreements and mitigating risks.
• Identify strategic sourcing opportunities and build a sustainable savings pipeline.
• Drive digitalisation by applying digital tools and supporting new solution roll‑outs.
• Define and manage supplier portfolios and strategic supplier relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in raw‑material, chemical, tail‑spend or distribution management.
• Proven ability to build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience creating and leading sourcing strategy implementation.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Affinity for data analytics and handling complex situations.
• Willingness to rotate across different sourcing categories in the future.
• Background in the chemical industry is a plus.
