About the role
Join a premier global engagement marketing agency that creates impactful live, virtual, and hybrid event experiences across international markets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of virtual, hybrid and live events, including planning, budgeting and itinerary creation.
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑event briefings, build strong client relationships and negotiate with external suppliers.
- Manage project budgets, income and expenditures to ensure profitability.
- Delegate operational tasks, mentor project team members and maintain high standards of execution.
Required profile
- 5+ years experience in the meetings and events industry, preferably across APAC.
- Strong experience in budget management, financial control and client‑facing communication.
- Solid local knowledge of APAC venues, hotels and event suppliers.
- Qualification in Event Management, Hospitality or a related field.
