Product Delivery Manager

About the role

A well-established market leader in retail and consumer services is looking for a Product Delivery Manager in Singapore. You will coordinate the delivery of technology products for the retail organisation, turning planned work into reliable releases and keeping work aligned with business priorities. The role is permanent, with a salary of SG$8,000 to SG$10,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, define priorities and develop technology investment roadmaps.
• Lead the full delivery lifecycle of technology programmes, from planning and solution design through implementation and post-launch optimisation.
• Manage project governance, budgets, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors and technology partners to deliver scalable business solutions.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that improve operational efficiency, customer engagement and business performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in technology delivery, program management, product management or digital transformation roles.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technology and third-party partner teams.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of enterprise platforms and systems integration.
