Product Director

About the role

As Product Director at Axi, you will shape and scale the global product strategy across our trading ecosystem. You will own the product vision, roadmap and drive execution across client experience, trading experience, growth, partner platforms and operational scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy and roadmap for Axi’s global product ecosystem.
• Lead product planning across trading experience, client lifecycle, growth, onboarding, engagement and monetisation.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Trading, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Sales and Operations to deliver initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Use client insights, analytics, market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Drive improvements across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, funding, retention and reactivation.
• Prioritise initiatives balancing client value, business impact, compliance, risk and technical feasibility.
• Define success metrics and measure product initiatives against adoption, revenue impact and operational efficiency.
• Coach and guide Product Managers to improve product thinking, stakeholder management and execution quality.

Required profile

• Proven product leadership experience scaling complex digital products on web or mobile platforms.
• Background in fintech, trading, brokerage, payments or similarly complex financial services environments.
• Ability to translate business, technical, trading and regulatory requirements into clear product priorities.
• Data‑led and commercially sharp, comfortable using analytics, customer insights and performance metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience coaching or managing Product Managers and fostering a strong product culture.
