Product Engineer – Machine Vision (Semiconductor)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Engineer passionate about machine vision, automation, and semiconductor technology. You will work with cutting‑edge inspection systems and help drive innovation in semiconductor manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise machine‑vision solutions for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Provide technical support and product‑engineering expertise throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality and customers to enhance product performance.
• Analyse technical issues and implement effective engineering solutions.
• Drive process improvements to increase yield, reliability and product quality.
• Support product transfers, new product introductions (NPI) and engineering change activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and product specifications.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in machine vision, vision inspection systems, AOI, image processing or semiconductor equipment.
• Familiarity with industrial cameras, optics, lighting, sensors and automation systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Passion for innovation, problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
