Product Line Manager – Semiconductor Equipment

About the role

We are seeking a Product Line Manager to drive the strategic and operational management of a portfolio of semiconductor equipment products. The role is responsible for post‑release product ownership, product change management, configuration governance, roadmap execution, cost optimisation and cross‑functional alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, service, quality and product marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall performance, governance and lifecycle of assigned semiconductor equipment product lines.
• Drive execution of product line strategies, roadmaps and market proliferation initiatives.
• Manage product change processes, including Engineering Change Orders and Part Change Notifications.
• Lead configuration accuracy reviews and ensure correct BOMs for customer shipments.
• Oversee product sustainment, component obsolescence and reliability improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years experience in product line/management, program management or sustaining engineering in semiconductor capital equipment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Engineering Change Order (ECO) management.
• Product Change Management (PCM) and configuration control.
• Bill of Materials (BOM) management.
• Experience with PLM and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of semiconductor equipment products and industry practices.
