Product Project Manager

About the role

Do you enjoy turning great ideas into products people love? Join us as a Product Project Manager and work with cross‑functional teams to bring innovative Garment Care products from concept to market. You will drive project execution, align stakeholders, manage risks, and deliver successful product launches that improve everyday life.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring on‑time, in‑budget delivery and targeted quality up to 6‑8 months post‑launch.
• Drive collaboration between Innovation & Design teams and the business, accountable for project outputs, documentation, and reporting pre‑ and post‑launch.
• Plan, report, and escalate project status, conduct multi‑functional risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and track execution proactively.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with detailed schedules, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and post‑launch evaluations, implementing lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of accountability and transparency within the functional project team.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to oversee the product design process for Garment Care.
• Continuously evaluate opportunities to accelerate execution and contribute to efficiency improvement activities.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of project‑management experience with PMP certification, preferably in consumer electronics or domestic‑appliance industry.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and business teams to launch innovative products from concept to market.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
• Experience working with teams in China and managing cross‑regional collaboration (advantage).
• Fluent in English and preferably Mandarin for interaction with China‑based suppliers.
