Product Supply Management Intern (6 Months)

About the role

P&G, the largest consumer packaged goods company in the world, is offering a 6-month Product Supply Management internship at its Singapore Pioneer Plant. The internship gives students real-life supply chain problems to solve, covering brands from day one and areas such as Supply Network, Purchasing and Manufacturing. Applications are open now, with shortlisted candidates contacted starting September.

Key responsibilities

• Eliminate process variability and losses through data analysis and technical mastery
• Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyse data on critical product and process parameters
• Reduce losses by implementing changes to making and packing processes or work systems
• Use reliability engineering tools to drive centre-line improvement and loss elimination
• Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants
• Work on projects that improve inventory management, lower costs and enhance customer service

Required profile

• Student working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree, graduating between December 2027 and July 2028
• Full-time schedule
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to business processes
• Ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment
