Product Support Engineer, T3

About the role

Cato Networks is building a cloud‑native networking and security platform that unifies enterprise networking, SD‑WAN and security services. We are seeking a visionary, customer‑focused Product Support Engineer (Tier 3) to join our fast‑growing team. You will work directly with customers throughout the post‑sales lifecycle, from evaluation and onboarding to ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage customer issues from identification through resolution.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide solutions while maintaining a positive, “can‑do” attitude.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Management to resolve complex technical problems.
• Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding customer business needs and aligning them with Cato’s solutions.
• Maintain regular communication and periodic meetings to nurture customer relationships.
• Advocate for customers internally, working closely with product, engineering, sales and finance teams.
• Monitor customer health, identify concerns and growth opportunities.
• Contribute to building and expanding Global Support Services.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years experience as a Support Engineer (Tier 2‑3) or Network Engineer.
• Knowledge of security concepts such as CASB, DLP, IPS (advantage).
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on networking, TCP/IP, firewalls and proxy servers.
• Technical experience with DNS, DHCP, NAT, HTTP/HTTPS and VOIP.
• Experience with VPNs, IPsec, BGP, security protocols and standards.
• Familiarity with WAN, SD‑WAN and MPLS networks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple projects.
