Production Admin Executive – F&B & Food Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a Production Admin Executive to support daily production administration and data entry within our food manufacturing operations. The role involves handling output, usage, wastage records and preparing accurate reports.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily production administrative work and data entry, including production output, usage and wastage records.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, records and spreadsheets.
• Manage recipes, costing and production data, performing recipe calculations and ingredient costing.
• Perform Excel data entry, calculations, analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Warehouse, Purchasing and other departments on production‑related administrative matters.
• Assist the Production Manager with administrative follow‑up and production‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in F&B, Food Technology, Culinary, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in F&B administration, food manufacturing or production administration.
• Familiarity with food manufacturing processes and costing.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, calculations and reporting.
• Strong data entry and analytical abilities.
