About the role

The Production Application Support Engineer will join a Treasury application support team for a leading Singapore‑based bank. The role involves 24/7 monitoring, issue resolution and end‑of‑day batch support for Java/microservices applications.

Key responsibilities

Provide L1 and L2 technical and functional support for production treasury applications.
Monitor online trade‑booking applications and resolve issues promptly.
Handle environment management, technical services issues and EOD batch processing across morning, night and weekend shifts.
Work with Unix logs and SQL queries to debug and troubleshoot incidents.

Required profile

0.5‑2 years of experience in a production application support environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
Flexibility to work shift timings, including weekends.

Required skills

Java and microservices experience.
Proficiency reading Unix logs for debugging.
SQL querying skills.
Familiarity with Control‑M (nice to have).
Exposure to Murex (nice to have).
