Production Assistant – Equipment Operations

About the role

Linxens is seeking a Production Assistant to support equipment operations, standards compliance, and material preparation on the shop floor. You will work in a fast‑moving environment where technology and quality are paramount, helping to keep production lines running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Run production equipment and monitor performance.
• Identify machine breakdowns, dysfunctions, or product‑quality issues and report them.
• Assist in onboarding and mentoring new operators.
• Execute tasks according to working instructions, targets, and quality standards.
• Record production data manually when automation is not available to ensure traceability.
• Verify raw material deliveries from the warehouse and prepare materials for production.
• Check final production parameters such as total length, number of good products, and defects.
• Prepare finished goods for pick‑up by the TPA operator.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to learn equipment operation and quality monitoring.
• Basic numeracy for checking production counts and measurements.
