Production Assistant I

About the role

Linxens is seeking a Production Assistant I to support daily manufacturing operations. You will work on the shop floor, ensuring equipment runs smoothly, raw materials are prepared, and finished goods are ready for dispatch.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and promptly identify breakdowns or quality issues.
• Record production data manually when automation is unavailable to maintain traceability.
• Verify that raw materials delivered by the warehouse meet production requirements.
• Load raw materials and semi‑finished goods onto production lines.
• Check final‑stage parameters such as total length, count of good products, and count of defective products.
• Prepare finished goods for pick‑up by the TPA operator.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new operators when needed.

Required profile

• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Willingness to work on a production floor and handle physical tasks.
