Production Executive - Video & Photography Shoots

About the role

EPOS Pte Ltd is looking for an organised and proactive Production Executive to coordinate video and photography shoots from pre-production through to final delivery. The role works closely with merchants, cast members, freelance videographers, photographers and editors so that each production runs smoothly, stays on schedule and meets the approved creative direction and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Pre-production: coordinate shoot dates with merchants, confirm locations and requirements; source and brief freelance videographers and photographers; arrange cast members, call times, wardrobe and shoot briefings; prepare and circulate the daily schedule and call sheet; share the storyboard, shot list and responsibilities; organise location access, props and equipment.
• Shoot day: manage the schedule so filming starts and finishes on time; keep merchants, cast and crew informed of progress and changes; resolve on-site issues quickly; check that all required scenes and shots are captured and flag missing footage or quality concerns.
• Post-production: coordinate freelance video editors with briefs, footage, references, deliverables and deadlines; track progress, feedback and revisions; review drafts against the storyboard, creative direction, brand guidelines and production standards; check captions, graphics, audio, transitions and output formats; coordinate freelancer payments with Finance and arrange delivery of approved content with organised file records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in production coordination, video production, content creation or a related role is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to coordinate multiple shoots and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills with merchants, cast, freelancers and internal teams.
• Proactive, resourceful approach to solving problems and adapting to last-minute changes.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider production team.

Required skills

• Working understanding of storyboards, shoot schedules and video production and editing workflows.
• Attention to detail and the ability to judge whether content meets an agreed brief and quality standards.
