Production Planning Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Production Planning Executive to join our manufacturing team in Singapore. The role focuses on creating and managing production schedules that align with customer orders, ensuring smooth workflow across production, warehouse and purchasing functions. This is an office‑based position with no physical labour required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prepare production schedules in line with customer orders.
• Track and monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Coordinate effectively with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams.
• Maintain accurate order and production records using Excel.
• Address routine operational issues such as delays or material shortages.

Required profile

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible and reliable.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to learn; prior experience preferred but not mandatory.
