Production Technician I

About the role

Linxens is seeking a Production Technician I to support its manufacturing operations in a multicultural environment. The role focuses on ensuring smooth machine operation, material preparation, and quality checks on the production line.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and recover machines for mass production when a roadblock occurs.
• Configure machines for new production runs on request.
• Support operators when a machine stops and deliver training to new operators.
• Compile and analyse raw production data to identify trends and propose improvements.
• Execute minor improvement actions (Kazen) and submit change requests.
• Verify raw material deliveries from the warehouse against production requirements.
• Load raw material and semi‑finished goods for the production process.
• Check final‑process parameters such as total length, number of good products and defects.
• Prepare finished goods for pick‑up by the TPA operator.

Required profile

• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality targets.
• Strong attention to detail for material verification and quality checks.
• Capability to analyse data and suggest process improvements.
• Willingness to train and support fellow operators.

Required skills

• Machine setup and adjustment.
• Basic data analysis.
