Production Technician

About the role

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Technician is responsible for manufacturing high‑quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. The role involves executing processing operations on the dry side, liquid side, or in the control room, with the flexibility to rotate between areas as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and operate process equipment such as wet‑process lines, dryers, fluid beds, bag houses and bulk transport systems.
• Run the processing computer control system, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous operation.
• Strictly follow GMP requirements to maintain a compliant manufacturing environment.
• Participate in resolving equipment downtime and assist in creating SOPs, checklists and work instructions.
• Maintain log‑sheets, batch records and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform cleaning tasks, make sanitary connections, conduct chemical tests and monitor day‑tank levels.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on drying equipment and execute disassembly/assembly of machinery.

Required profile

• At least a NITEC qualification.
