Production Technician – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Join a leading global medical technology company as a Production Technician, supporting daily manufacturing operations in a cleanroom or non‑cleanroom environment. You can choose a permanent day or night shift and will be part of a team that ensures high‑quality production of MedTech products.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned machine or process units and monitor parameters.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, servicing, and part replacement.
• Conduct sampling inspections according to the Quality plan and handle non‑conforming items.
• Support the Team Leader with changes, projects, and compliance to EHS, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Accurately update MES data, including component lot numbers, shift output, waste, and downtime.
• Manage material handling activities, including packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading.
• Perform visual inspections using appropriate tools.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Secondary School/O Level/SPM/NITEC/Diploma in any field.
• Legal right to work in Singapore.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom or non‑cleanroom setting.
• Willingness to work permanent day or night shifts and stand for long periods.

Required skills

• MES (Manufacturing Execution System) data entry and management.
