Production Worker – Fish Processing (Up to $1,500 + OT)

About the role

We are looking for a Production Worker to join our fish processing line at Jurong Port. The role is ideal for fresh entrants who are eager to start a career in the seafood manufacturing sector. You will work in a clean, cold environment handling fresh fish from receipt to packaging.

Key responsibilities

• Cut, clean and process fresh fish according to operational procedures.
• Sort and pack processed fish for delivery and distribution.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment and tools.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety regulations.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Assist with other production‑related duties as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; comprehensive on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment.
• Ability to handle raw seafood and perform repetitive manual tasks.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
