Program Planner Executive – Production Coordinator

About the role

The Program Planner Executive supports production scheduling and customer delivery coordination within a manufacturing environment. Based in Tai Seng, the role ensures smooth order flow from forecasting to shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and plan delivery schedules.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and monitor daily shipment schedules.
• Follow up on production and shipment statuses.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics to develop delivery plans.
• Collaborate with Purchasing on customer forecast demand.
• Handle ECO/ECN processes and facilitate changes.
• Address RMA queries and manage costing.
• Prepare cost estimates and RFQs for customers.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
• 2‑5 years of customer service or coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail in pricing and quotations.
