Project Controller

About the role

As a Project Controller you will be responsible for project control, routinely analyzing, evaluating and forecasting project costs against the baseline schedule while assessing impacts and opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive project profitability and performance metrics, working closely with operations leaders and project managers on P&L rolling forecasts, billing and risk identification.
• Establish and publish a SEA Dashboard with data analysis that highlights key trends to support decisions on growth, investments, sourcing and cost optimisation.
• Provide timely and accurate routine reports such as Bowler Tracker, Project Summary Review, bridge analysis and support month‑end closing activities.
• Review current in‑country processes, identify gaps and work on standardising and simplifying procedures.
• Execute other ad‑hoc tasks and special projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong interest in project finance, forecasting and revenue recognition policies.
• Proven ability to partner across a matrix environment and deliver results.
• Computer proficiency with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
