Project Engineer – ACMV/HVAC/CRAC Mechanical & Electrical

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead ACMV, HVAC and CRAC projects across Singapore. The role involves planning, executing and handing over mission‑critical cooling systems for data centres and other high‑availability facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project schedules, resource forecasts and risk‑mitigation plans.
• Manage end‑to‑end implementation from setup through commissioning to handover.
• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality, timeline and cost compliance.
• Review technical specifications, drawings and scope documents for compliance.
• Conduct equipment installation, start‑up and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot post‑handover issues and provide corrective actions.
• Prepare risk assessments, method statements (RAMS) and safety reports in line with Singapore WSH regulations.
• Serve as primary technical contact for clients, consultants and vendors, leading project meetings and progress reporting.
• Optimize project tracking tools and deliver operational training to clients.

Required profile

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of project engineering experience with hands‑on work on cooling systems, preferably data‑centre CRAC or precision air‑conditioning.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Asia.
