Project Engineer – CCTV Security Systems

About the role

We are looking for a senior Project Engineer to lead CCTV and security system projects for our clients in the north of Singapore. You will work closely with sales, clients and internal teams to translate security requirements into reliable, compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and clients to gather security requirements and confirm design specifications for CCTV, access control, intrusion detection and related systems.
• Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, resource allocation and procurement.
• Oversee installation, integration and testing of security hardware, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
• Provide technical support during hand‑over, troubleshoot issues and supply technical information to service teams.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including design drawings and installation records.
• Conduct client training sessions and create training materials for system operation.
• Ensure all work follows safety protocols and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and internal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Required profile

• Higher Nitec and/or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of site supervision and coordination experience with main contractors and subcontractors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary SGD 3,200 – 3,600.
• Full‑time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
• On‑site work at our Yishun facility.
