Project Engineer – Data Centre (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Engineer to lead structured cabling initiatives within data centre environments across Singapore. You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee structured cabling projects, focusing on data centre installations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Review technical drawings, cable layouts, and design specifications.
• Ensure copper and fiber optic installations comply with industry standards and client requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during execution.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and handover materials.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in structured cabling or data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of structured cabling systems such as Cat6/6A and fiber optics.
• Hands‑on experience with data centre infrastructure, including rack setup, patching, and containment.
