Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our team at Nova Vita Pte. Ltd. on Jurong Island, Singapore. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects to ensure timely, budget‑conscious, and quality‑driven delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning project timelines, work schedules, and resource allocation while coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor daily site operations, enforce safety standards, supervise workers and subcontractors, and resolve technical and operational issues on‑site.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and method statements, providing engineering solutions and support during construction.
• Track project progress, update management on work status, and ensure works are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections, report and rectify any defects or non‑conformities.
• Prepare reports, work schedules, and project documentation, ensuring all documents are properly filed and updated.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety and health regulations, participate in risk assessments and toolbox meetings.
