Project Lead, People & Culture

About the role

Accor is looking for an experienced People & Culture leader to join its Singapore office on a 13‑month parental‑leave contract. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, People & Culture MEA APAC, you will act as the trusted right‑hand and drive high‑impact, cross‑regional projects that shape the future of HR across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional transformation initiatives, including HRIS implementation, change management and organisational design.
• Serve as senior advisor to the SVP on cross‑functional MEA APAC projects.
• Align Central Office strategy with regional execution and ensure consistent delivery.
• Influence senior stakeholders across multiple countries and business functions.
• Identify and implement improvements to people processes, structures and ways of working.

Required profile

• Significant experience in HR transformation, strategy or regional project leadership.
• Experience working across the MEA/APAC region is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of HR landscape, market dynamics and cultural nuances in the region.
• Adaptable, resilient and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executive presence.
• Commercially astute, agile and solutions‑focused.
• Based in Singapore.
