Project Manager – APAC Marketing

About the role

We are partnering with a leading multinational consumer goods organisation to appoint a Project Manager who will drive strategic business initiatives across the APAC region. The role focuses on delivering new product launches, product lifecycle initiatives, and business improvement projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross‑functional projects from concept to execution, covering product launches, product changes, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor progress, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure on‑time, on‑scope delivery.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory, Finance and other functions to drive execution.
• Facilitate project meetings, manage stakeholder communications, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Champion project management best practices, Stage Gate processes, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in FMCG, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record leading cross‑functional projects involving product launches or business transformation.
• Strong understanding of Stage Gate methodologies, project governance and lifecycle management.
