About the role

The Project Manager, Asset Enhancement (AEI) will lead renovation and asset‑enhancement projects across the hotel portfolio, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate a wide range of stakeholders while minimizing disruption to ongoing hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end execution of renovation and AEI works, adhering to approved scope, cost, schedule and quality.
  • Drive project delivery from construction through testing, commissioning and final handover.
  • Oversee daily performance of contractors, consultants and vendors, ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with end‑users, operators, consultants, authorities, contractors, suppliers and corporate teams.
  • Review and administer contractor submissions, shop drawings and proposals.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify safety, drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor progress, prepare status reports, flag risks and recommend mitigations.
  • Issue site instructions, change orders and variation orders as required.
  • Review and certify progress payments and contractor claims.
  • Manage project close‑out activities, including snagging, testing & commissioning, handover and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate project records for cost control and final account settlement.

Required profile

  • Degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering or a related field (professional certifications a plus).
  • 8–12 years of experience in construction/project management, with strong exposure to fit‑out, renovation or refurbishment projects.
  • Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end projects in live environments such as hotels, retail or commercial spaces.
  • Good technical knowledge of interior fit‑out, construction execution and project coordination.
  • Solid experience in cost control, contract administration and stakeholder management.
