Project Manager – Clinical Supplies (Singapore)

About the role

Catalent is seeking a Project Manager to join its Singapore hub, a strategic centre for pharmaceutical and biotechnology services across Asia‑Pacific. The role supports project teams from award through to delivery, ensuring timelines, documentation and client expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned projects or support a Project Management team, generating and tracking planning timelines.
• Attend client meetings, teleconferences and audits; record minutes, actions and project documentation.
• Manage client‑supplied label text, randomizations, drug components and materials, ensuring proper hand‑over to internal functions.
• Generate documentation for third‑party depot set‑up, monitor inventory, and track returns and destruction processes.
• Forecast M&P and project revenue, support S&OP and site forecasting.
• Utilise Workfront for daily project activities and maintain the in‑house database for project set‑up and financial milestones.
• Review contracts, resolve invoice disputes and provide coverage for the Global Project Manager when required.

Required profile

• Strong analytical judgment with the ability to develop solution‑based approaches.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Workfront project‑management software.
