Project Manager – Corporate Office Fit‑Out

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end corporate and office fit‑out projects in Singapore. The role covers the full project lifecycle from pre‑construction planning to final handover, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of corporate and commercial office fit‑out projects.
• Manage projects from pre‑construction, mobilisation, construction through to completion and handover.
• Develop and control project programmes, budgets, resources and delivery plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee site teams and subcontractors to meet project requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical documents, identifying issues early.
• Monitor progress against schedule, budget and quality targets.
• Handle project variations, commercial issues and change orders.
• Coordinate MEP, architectural, finishes and specialist fit‑out works.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, statutory requirements and quality standards.
• Lead regular project meetings and provide updates to senior management and clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement health, safety and environmental requirements on site.
• Manage testing, inspections, snagging, rectification and final handover.
• Complete all project documentation, as‑built information and handover deliverables.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma or relevant qualification in Construction, Building, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in construction or interior fit‑out project delivery.
• Proven experience with a fit‑out main contractor.
• Strong track record delivering corporate, commercial and Grade A office fit‑out projects.
• Experience managing projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
• Solid knowledge of interior construction, architectural finishes and MEP coordination.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and client representatives.
• Understanding of project programmes, budgets, variations and construction methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.

• Competitive salary range of SGD 7,000 – SGD 8,000 per month.
